Dr. Bryan Champagne, D.D.S.
1510 Chestnut St.
Chicago, IL 60618
Dear Dr. Champagne,
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and am interested in being considered for the dental hygienist position you have advertised in last Sunday's Chicago Tribune.
I am an RDH with over 10 years experience. Your ad mentioned needing all appropriate RDH certification. In addition to my hygienist certification, I have my state dental hygiene license, state local anesthesia certification and am CPR certified. Additionally, I'm a member of our state's Dental Hygienist's Association.
Up till now, I have primarily worked as a temporary dental hygienist for Dental Personnel Placement Services out of Oak Forest. This has given me a broad background in dental hygiene from the more small, traditional offices, to large, modern state-of-the-art dental facilities. I have worked for some of the top dentists in Chicago, and they are listed among my references.
My dental hygiene regimen can be tailored so that it's in line with a particular dental office's best practices. I am very skilled in
oral prophylaxis, root planning, curettage and soft tissue management. I am also experienced in conducting diagnostic x-rays, updating medical histories and perio charting. Counseling and motivating patients to achieve optimal oral health is one of my passions.
Our agency routinely does customer and patient satisfaction surveys for our hygienists, and I am proud to consistently achieve high patient and dentist ratings. My last four quarterly surveys were all 100% Highly Satisfied ratings.
I hope that my RDH experience and broad background in dental hygiene is what your dental office is seeking. My enclosed resume has further details. I look forward to having the opportunity to discuss your dental hygienist needs in person in the near future.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Liu
