I have been a Medical Laboratory Technologist with Kaiser Permanente for over three years, analyzing samples from newborns to geriatric patients. I conduct chemical analyses of bodily fluids such as blood, urine and spinal fluid; perform hematological tests for red/white blood cell counts, hemoglobin estimations, sickle cell tests, coagulation time and more. Bacteriology testing and fecal parasite/ova identification are also common. In short, I can bring to you expertise in all facets of medical laboratory testing.

Careful attention to detail is critical throughout the testing process, I find: in the collection and transport of specimens, in maintaining proper QA policies and procedures, and in ensuring tests meet JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.
