I am a certified PMP with over 12 years of project management experience using PMBOK / SDLC / Six Sigma. I have been a project manager for financial institutions' merger-related projects, very similar to your current needs. My specialty is IT project management, and I know what it takes to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and still deliver on time, on budget results.

For example, recently I was project manager for a transition project to integrate two data warehouse systems, one from the legacy bank, and one from the acquired institution. The project involved gathering extensive business requirements, overseeing database performance testing and vendor selection, and an overall effort to merge the databases and affected applications. The project was implemented on time and on budget.
